1. Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen


  • Diese Seite (zusammen mit den darauf ausdrücklich genannten Dokumenten) informiert Sie über Dan Stroi Konsult Ltd. ("Wir" und "Uns") und die rechtlichen Bedingungen (zusammen die "Bedingungen"), zu denen wir die Produkte liefern Sie über unsere Website bestellen möchten.
  • Diese Bedingungen gelten für jeden Vertrag zwischen uns über die Lieferung der Produkte, die Sie kürzlich an die Adresse bestellt haben, die Sie zur Abwicklung Ihres Kaufs gewählt haben. (Vertrag). 
  • Wenn wir in diesen Bedingungen von „schriftlich“ sprechen, umfasst dies auch E-Mail.
  • Wenn wir in diesen Bedingungen von "Werktagen" sprechen, meinen wir einen anderen Tag als einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen gesetzlichen Feiertag im Vereinigten Königreich, an dem die Banken für den Geschäftsverkehr geöffnet sind.

4. Bestellung aufgeben


By making a purchase and continuing to use this site, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.


To place an order from Us, you will have to:

  • select the products you wish to buy and complete your order;
  • provide the necessary details to enable us to process your order and provide the requested products;
  • complete the required online payment process.


Acknowledging your order. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that We have received your order.


How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we get noticed that we have received the payment for your order. The Contract between You and us will be formed when we send you a confirmation that we have Dispatched the requested products, ordered through our Web Site.


When we cannot accept your order. If We are unable to supply the products you wish to buy. We will inform you of this by your chosen contact method and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days.



5. Delivery


All deliveries are made via third party courier companies, for this reason once an order has been dispatched, we must be aware of any issues or changes made to deliveries. 


If any changes are made by the customer to the delivery date or address directly with the courier company, We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences which may be caused. We strongly advise that no changes are made to the delivery by the customer with the courier company.


If a delivery has not been received within the time frame advised by Yourselftests.com get in contact with us at your earliest, and we will then be able to assist you with locating the delivery.

Please be aware that although most UK orders are sent via a next day delivery service, we cannot always guarantee that delivery will be made the next day. 


We will not be responsible for any delays outside our control. If our supply is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may Contact Us to cancel the order and receive a refund for anything you have recently paid for, but not received.


Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, Saturday deliveries are available upon request and additional charges will apply.


In the unlikely event that there is a defect with the products, please Contact Us immediately and We will  make sure that you receive new proper testing products as soon as possible.


6. Our right to make changes


We may amend these Terms from time to time, usually to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. When we make significant changes to the terms, we will notify you. If there is something you do not agree with, you may then Contact Us to review your order and discuss the problem. 


 Every time you wish to make an order, please check these Terms and Conditions in case of any changes, to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. We take care to ensure that all information available on our website is accurate and regularly updated.



7. Canceling an order


Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.


Exceptions are being made when:

  • We have told you about an upcoming significant change to the terms which you do not agree to.
  • We have told you about an error in the price or description of the product(s) you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed.
  • We have suspended the supply of the order for technical reasons


Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You have 14 days after you receive a confirmation that the order has been dispatched. If you change your mind after you have received your order, you must pay us for any costs incurred or committed by us in performance of the services provided up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind. You also have to send the products back to us in the way you have received them.



8. Errors/Claims


On receipt of your order you should check the contents immediately. If you have any queries regarding the contents or feel there may be an error with your order you must contact a member of our team immediately. If any of the contents are damaged or missing we must be informed of this within 24 hours from receipt of your order. Any claims made after this time may be dismissed.


We will not accept returns or process any refunds for products unless these have been sent to you in error.



9. Pricing


All prices listed are in euro (EUR). Although we take care to ensure that pricing information is always accurate, prices for certain products can change regularly. 

If a pricing error has been made or goods are no longer available you will be notified of this by phone or email. If you have placed an order and the product is no longer available at the listed price you will have the option to cancel your order without any charge or to continue with your order at the new price. The price of the product(s) includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being.


10. Storage


Most medical products have special storage requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to open and check all storage instructions for the testing products s as soon as the order has been received. 


Certain packaging and materials will be used to keep the items cool and within the recommended guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

For further information you should read the instructions, provided with the product(s) where you may understand how to store each item.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges must be made in advance.
